What are the reward objects?

The "Measures" stipulates that the award target is the introduction of projects, units or individuals (units or individuals (collectively referred to as China Merchants Agency) outside the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in accordance with the industrial planning and policy of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. (But not limited to) Financial media, international financial platforms/economic and trade institutions, business associations, industry associations/alliances, professional service institutions, enterprises, private non -enterprise units and social organizations, and natural people.

What are the requirements for the project?

The "Measures" stipulates that the entrusted investment project must be in line with the development direction of the Qintang District.

The development direction of key industries includes: new materials, new energy, green home, green building materials, modern agriculture, large health and cultural tourism, scientific and technological services, and major industrial projects that are in line with Qintang's functional positioning, excluding real estate or disguised real estate projects.

The project introduction funding department introduces non -fiscal direct investment funds outside the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Projects (or enterprises) must carry out industrial and commercial registration and taxation in Tantang District in accordance with the law.

What is the reward standard?

The maximum reward can reach 3 million yuan

(1) Projects involved in land use

The registered capital of the project company needs to be more than 20 million yuan, and the reward criteria for the reward target are as follows:

1. Land use of the project (based on obtaining the certificate of property rights), a one -time reward of 50,000 yuan;

2. The project is put into production (or put into operation) and normal taxes, a one -time reward of 100,000 yuan;

3. If the project is put into operation (or put into operation), the annual investment intensity, output intensity and taxation contribution agreed in the investment agreement shall be rewarded at 20%of the 20%one -time contribution to the local financial resources of Qintang District in accordance with the first annual project of the project.

(2) No land use projects

The registered capital of the project company needs to be more than 10 million yuan, and the reward criteria for the reward target are as follows:

1. The annual main business income of the project reaches RMB 20 million and contributes to the local financial resources of the Tantang District to more than 500,000 yuan, and a one -time award is 100,000 yuan;

2. The annual operating income and annual economic contribution of the project agreed by the project to implement the cooperation agreement, and the operating income reaches RMB 100 million and contributed to the local financial resources of the year to the Tantang District of more than 1 million yuan. 20%of the contribution of the local financial resources are rewarded.

(3) Foreign -funded projects

If the investment promotion project reaches 5 million US dollars or other additional capital in place, it will give a reward of 1 ‰ of the award -winning funds in place.

(4) Introducing key enterprises

Introduce the Fortune 500 and China's Fortune 500 companies, the top 500 enterprises in China, and the top 50 companies in the development direction of the key industries in Qintang District, the headquarters (branches) of the management settlement enterprise, and the local financial resources. Give rewards in accordance with the principle of "one thing, one discussion".

The same investment project can only enjoy one reward, and give rewards in accordance with the principle of "getting high and not repeated", that is, the above (1), (2), (3), (4) rewards are not repeated. The cumulative investment in the same investment promotion project does not exceed RMB 3 million.
