Temporary control scope and time of adjustment of some roads in Jinjiang District, Chengdu

According to the current needs of the epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to maximize the risk of epidemic dissemination and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people, in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Infectious Disease Prevention Law" and "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" The Bureau's Transportation Administration decided to adjust the temporary traffic control measures in some roads in the jurisdiction of Jinjiang District. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Scope and time of control

(1) The Temporary Traffic Control Measures of the Chengdu Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Bureau issued the temporary traffic control measures on the "Notice on the Implementation of Temporary Traffic Control in the Jurisdiction of Jinjiang District" on August 25, 2022 extended to 0:00 on September 3, 2022;

(2) The Transportation Administration of the Chengdu Public Security Bureau issued the "Notice on Adjusting the Temporary Transportation Control Measures on Partial Road in Jinjiang District" on August 28, 2022 to South Road, Ringcheng Expressway, Jinyang Avenue, Jinjiang Avenue, Jackie Chan Avenue, Fengxiang Street, and Xitang Road (excluding the above roads) of all roads in the Hewei area are extended to 17:00 on September 3, 2022;

(3) The scope and time of new control

1、管制范围：芙蓉东路、芙蓉东街、翠柳街、驿都大道、新建路、成龙大道、车城西五路、簧柏路、民和路、新富街、庙山巷、丰碑路、 Da'an Bridge Road, Lizhou Avenue, Jinyang Avenue (excluding the above roads) all roads in the encirclement area;

2. Control time: Starting from 00:00 on August 30, 2022, the implementation is tentatively implemented.

During the temporary traffic control period, the road within the above -mentioned control areas was prohibited from passing by vehicles 24 hours a day.

Social vehicles that need to pass through the above -mentioned traffic control areas can pass through Jinhua Road, Jinyang Avenue, Jackie Chan Avenue, Yidu Avenue, Third Ring Road, and around the city.

3. The following vehicles are not limited by temporary traffic control measures

(1) Hold a document of the prevention and control command of the epidemic prevention and control of an emergency pass or a district (including the district level), and engage in vehicles related to supply, protecting people's livelihood, preservation of production, and epidemic prevention;

(2) Special vehicles such as rescue, fire protection, public security, rescue and rescue;

(3) Transporting vehicles to be emergency traffic for pregnant women and patients with sickness.

Fourth, the vehicles passing through the control area, obey the police command of the police, pass through the traffic signs and signal instructions, and those who do not listen to dissuasions and forcibly pass through, the public security organs will deal with it in accordance with the law.
