Xiong'an New District CCCC Future Science and Technology City's first land project was capped

On August 30, the CCCC Future Science and Technology Innovation City Comprehensive Development Project in Xiong'an New District's High -speed Railway Station Hub Hub was capped in the hotel office building, which was officially transferred to the masonry, secondary structure and decoration stage. This is the first capsule project of the CCCC Future Science and Technology Innovation City Project.

As one of the first batch of market -oriented projects in Xiong'an New District, the CCCC Future Science and Technology Innovation City Project will undertake Beijing's non -capital functions as the core positioning of development and operation. Focusing on the integration of production and city and the planning space layout of corporate needs, 6 major areas have been set up. Including the headquarters office area, industrial integration zone, R & D innovation zone, industrial carrying area, science and technology service area, and service supporting facilities. The main functions of the industrial carrying area are to undertake Beijing's dredging medium and large enterprises and research institutes. The project covers an area of ​​about 881 acres, with a total construction area of ​​about 1.4 million square meters.

CCCC Future Science and Technology Innovation City Hotel's office building area is about 100,000 square meters. It is divided into two office buildings, hotels and East and West, with 2 underground floors and 10 underground floors. Function provides strong support for the hosted high specifications, high standard exhibitions and business receptions for the Xiong'an New District. After the hotel's office area was fully rushed out of the positive and negative zero on April 29, it lasted for 4 months. The entire plot was fully capped, which established a good reputation and corporate image for the company in Xiong'an New District.
