Affected by the flood, many local actions were besieged by the elderly and young children. At 21:00 on the same day, 4 fire rescue personnel at the Huaicheng Fire Rescue Station of Huaiji County sent and rushed to the scene to assist the Zhongzhou Town Government to evacuate the masses.

After the fire rescue workers arrived at the scene, they found that the entire village was in the ocean, and the roads in the village were all submerged. Fire rescue workers are divided into multiple groups to assist the local government to launch rescue operations, take households to searches for household hiking, and use rubber boats to transfer trapped people. After more than 3 hours of rescue, fire rescue workers successfully transferred 15 people trapped and young children three times.
