Language services are various services provided by language, language products and language technologies to meet the needs of social language. Emergency language services are a type of language service. It is a language service provided in emergency state. It refers to the emergency language response to emergency language response to emergencies such as natural disasters, accident disasters, public health events, and social security incidents. It can be seen that emergency language services are an important part of emergency management. On April 28, 2022, the National Emergency Language Service Troupe was established in Beijing, which marked the new page of my country's emergency language services, and another vitality army in the field of emergency management.

After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, some scholars have raised the "disaster linguistics" problem, and recommend that in accordance with the disaster situation and the language status of the disaster -stricken areas in China, they write various disaster terminology and daily term control manuals. These manuals can be used for rescue sites or disaster prevention education. After the new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2019, a group of scholars quickly formed the "War Epidemic Language Service Group". Under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and the National Language Commission, timely developed "Anti -Epidemic Hubei Dialects", "Epidemic Prevention and Control Foreign Language", "Epidemic Defense" Controlling "Concise Chinese", etc., provides multi -dimensional multimedia emergency language services for medical staff in Hubei and foreigners in China to help the epidemic prevention and control.

The National Emergency Language Service Troupe takes the safety and happiness of the people as its work goal, coordinating the forces of all parties, and aims to work hard to improve the national emergency language service capabilities and meet the language needs of various emergency actions.

There are three important functions of emergency language services. The first is language communication. Language communication is the most important emergency language service function. Emergency language communication requires not only the use of national language, but also Chinese dialects, ethnic languages, foreign languages, sign language, and flames. Emergency language communication requires not only speaking and written language, but also online media, fusion media and various language data and software. This requires the state to have certain emergency language capabilities, including language and language technical ability. The second is language comfort. Language comfort is a psychological guidance to related individuals and groups with the help of language products such as language, body expression, digital symbols, language art, to avoid the breeding and spread of negative emotions, or transform negative emotions into positive state. The comfort of individual language is aimed at special individuals or few people. The way of soothe is mostly "people to people" and "face -to -face". For example, during the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, patients and their families, first -tier diseases, community volunteers, and management and control personnel who have serious negative emotions should be made in a targeted way of comfort. The main strategy of soothing individual language is to listen carefully to their complaints, and give emphasis on psychological compensation and transfer of attention. Group language comfort is facing the public. For example, during the epidemic, we can encourage morale through language comfort, stabilize the public's emotions, help the public treat the epidemic to prevent and control the epidemic, avoid or actively dissolve negative emotions, and ensure the smooth progress of the epidemic prevention and control. The third is the monitoring of emergency language. Emergency language monitoring is mainly to use the technology of "Internet+Multi -language+Multi -Professional" to monitor language public opinion, predict emergencies through language, analyze public opinion status, track hot topics, and do public opinion disposal. At present, emergency monitoring is still in the research test stage. With the development of science and technology, we hope to build it as an important information platform for emergency language.

Emergency language services occur in three major fields. First, on -site rescue language service. On -site rescue is the main language service field. When emergency language servicers are difficult to reach the scene, they can support the scene or guide the scene through emergency language products. Second, the public language service. Today, where the information high -speed is passed on, the public needs to obtain on -site information in a timely manner in order to facilitate work to deal with various emergencies. Third, information communication of the international community. The occurrence and emergency treatment of emergencies also need to pay attention to informing the international community in a timely manner to respond to the goodwill of the international community, or avoid misunderstanding and intentionally discrediting it.

There are three service stages of emergency language services. First, the emergency stage. The central task of this stage is language communication, but it must also be noticed to comfort language. Second, the post -after -to -late stage. At this stage, we focus on language comfort. At the same time, we must pay attention to the language services of the corresponding stage to re -reflect, summarize experience, and learn lessons. These experiences should be formed in a timely manner to form tutorials or regulations, and continuously improve the level of emergency language services. Third, in normal stages. The emergency language service is done for "emergency", but the key work is still "usual". First of all, strengthen the education and training of the Emergency Language Service Troupe, and achieve "the call will come, the coming can fight, the battle can win", and be competent for various emergency events at home and abroad. Secondly, strengthen the emergency language education of front -line personnel to make it aware and common sense of emergency language services. Third, strengthen the emergency language education of the public, and enable the people to have the basic language ability of personal emergency. Finally, strengthen the professional education of emergency language services and cultivate various emergency language service talents needed by society.

Emergency language service is a "action concept" that needs to be developed in emergency and progress in services. Emergency language services are also a concept of social ethics. Related workers need to carry forward the spirit of volunteer and feel the "big of the country", and make due contributions to the modernization of my country's emergency management system and capacity.
