It covers an area of ​​about 450,000 square meters and a building surface of about 272,000 square meters. It is divided into 6 areas. Auxiliary facilities such as office and storage are the largest community isolation treatment facilities in Hong Kong. The project is built by MIC technology, which can provide more than 6,300 isolation units and 14,000 beds. On April 19, the Zhuyu Bay project has been delivered to the first batch of 1024 isolation units.

The above two projects are undertaken by China Construction International Group Co., Ltd., officially started on February 19 this year, and officially completed on June 19. According to reports, the design of these two projects takes into account epidemic prevention emergency and peaceful purposes, fully consider details such as cleanliness partitions, drainage, sewage, and exhaust, and strictly implement the control standards and requirements of the infection of the Hong Kong quarantine center.
