The Bale Group is a multinational company with a history of more than 160 years, and is in the world's leading position in the field of die -casting equipment. In April last year, Zhuzhou Yian signed an order agreement with Bale Group. After more than a year, Zhuzhou Yian transported this ultra -400 -ton super -large die -casting machine to Zhuzhou in batches. The device will complete the debugging and put into use in July, marking that Zhuzhou will gain a starting advantage in the field of domestic automotive -integrated die -casting.

According to industry insiders, the integrated die casting of automobile parts has a broad prospect in terms of lightweight and economic benefits. In 2020, Tesla Model-Y's backplane assembly adopted an integrated die-casting process, which greatly saved the number of body parts and improved production efficiency. The new domestic vehicle -made forces and overseas front -line brands have followed up, setting off the "trend" of integrated die casting in the automotive industry.
