Li Mouhua was born in 1953. He was formerly a household registration, Xiaochang County Zhouxiang Town, and later went out to work because of his family poverty. Since then, he has not returned, and his family has lost contact with him. Because of long -term loss, the family mistakenly thought that the elderly had passed away, so they applied for cancellation of their hukou according to relevant regulations.

In November last year, my station received a contact letter from Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, saying that Li Mouhua, a rescue target of Zhouxiang Town, who was originally from Xiaochang County, is currently stranded at the station. Rescue. According to the relevant information it provided, our station conducted an investigation and verification and coordinated with relevant departments.

According to the communication and coordination of the Syiming Civil Affairs Bureau and Xiaochang County Rescue Management Station, I have reached a preliminary plan. After the physical recovery, the Symbisteen County Rescue Management Station will be sent to the Zhenxiang Town where the original household registration is located.
