Recently, more than a hundred children in more than 100 kinds of kindergartens in Xi'an, Shaanxi have symptoms of physical discomfort. On June 23, the Lianhu District CDC stated that the specific infection sources were still under investigation due to the infection of Salmonella. The Education Bureau of Lianhu District responded to the incident that it had filed a case for the act of concealing the kindergarten.

The kindergarten involved is located on Zaoyuan West Road, Lianhu District, Xi'an. It is a private kindergarten. There are 3 grades of 19 classes in a total of 637 children in the garden. Due to children's collective discomfort symptoms, classes have been suspended. On June 17, some parents reported that many children where children are in the kindergarten have symptoms such as blood, nausea, and high fever. On June 19, the Lianhu District Disease Control Center went to kindergarten to conduct investigations. Experts from the provincial and municipal centers of the Municipal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found a total of 135 cases, and the patient's respiratory tract secretions and feces were extracted.

On June 23, the special staff organized by the Education Bureau of Lianhu District said that the preliminary judgment given by the Provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was the infection of Salmonella, and the source of infection was still under investigation.

At present, the Lianhu District Weijian, Centers for Disease Control, and Market Supervision has investigated the kindergarten case to urge the improvement of the hardware facilities in the kindergarten and ensure that the monitoring is full coverage.
