On June 24, the Office of the Leading Group of the Nanjing Talent Housing Work issued the "Announcement on the Concentrated Supply of Talent Housing", which faced the government's 1439 sets of houses raised to the talent.

The announcement states that in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the central, provincial, and municipal talent work conferences, increase the supply of talents in peace, effectively improve the efficiency of service guarantee, achieve the goal of strong talents in talents, and comprehensively build a model cities satisfied with the socialist modernization of the people. After research, the 1439 suites raised by the government now provide targeted supply of talents.
