Eat more sour food. Because the bitterness is in the heart, you can clear your mind and get rid of annoyance. In summer, it is often annoying to make people feel troublesome. Adjust your life

Prevention

Be careful to prevent cold and dampness

Do not be too low in the temperature of the air conditioner.
