The minimum monthly payment base for employees to participate in medical insurance (including maternity insurance and long -term care insurance) shall not be less than 3992 yuan, and the maximum does not exceed 19962 yuan;

Flexible employees participated in employee medical insurance (including long -term care insurance), with a monthly payment base of 3992 yuan. Among them, employee medical insurance premiums are paid at a rate of 10%, and the monthly payment amount is 399.2 yuan; long -term nursing insurance premiums are paid by employees at a ratio of 0.25%, and the unit pays part of the employee's medical insurance premiums paid by them. The personal burden part is paid at 0.125%, and the monthly payment amount is deducted from the personal account balance;

If the personnel who arrives at the legal retirement age will not reach the prescribed employee medical insurance payment period, the monthly replenishment of the medical insurance base is 3992 yuan, and the employee medical insurance premium will be paid at a rate of 10%. The monthly payment amount is 399.2 yuan;

If the employee's medical insurance interruption is interrupted, the employee's medical insurance, maternity insurance and long -term care insurance are paid based on the 3992 yuan. If the replenishment base is lower than the salary of the insured person at the employer, the employer shall apply for the difference to pay the application for the difference.
