At 21:10 on June 24th, the Command Center of Zhongjiang County Public Security Bureau received a police report that someone drowned by the Kaijiang River outside the South Gate Bus Station of Zhongjiang County. Zhongjiang County Public Security Bureau immediately sent the police to the scene to carry out rescue. The County Emergency Bureau, fire brigade, 120 emergency center and other relevant departments rushed to the scene to carry out joint rescue in a timely manner. After the three drowning staff were rescued ashore, the doctor was completely cured and diagnosed at the scene, and the three were no life signs. After preliminary inspection, Leng Moujian (male, 12 years old) accidentally drowned, Leng Moumao (male, 58 years old) and Luo Mouhua (male, 37 years old) rescued, and three people drowned unexpectedly.
