National Highway Jingfu Highway Muetongjie to Tongyin section via Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Department approved the construction of road reconstruction projects with Document 20227 document No. 20227.The Notice of Highway Muyun Jie to Tongyejie section (Harbin Bus Regulations [2022] No. 5) approves closed transportation.

According to the construction progress arrangement, the Magnolia world K1494+800 to the K1608+343 section of the K1608+343 section is now closed.
