Those who have won the title of "China Skills Award" and "National Technical Experts", and those who have obtained the "National Technical Expert" declaration in various types of competitions from 2019 to 2021, will no longer participate as contestants.

The Central Enterprises in Xinjiang, the enterprises directly under the autonomous region, and the institutions directly under the autonomous region may be selected by a trial or recommendation method to participate in the autonomous region finals.
