Speaking of which, I know you must have countless questions, why choose oil, why choose a frontier, frankly, with my self -cognition at the time, there is no way to answer this question. stubborn. And now, I want to use three points to explore the answers to growth together.

Tip 1: Bow in the game

After graduation, choose employment or continue to be studied. It is good to make choices in combination with your actual situation. In my opinion, these are time differences, because these two things must be completed, but the order of life is just the order of life. With the idea of ​​making up, go all out, not hesitant, and tangled. Seventeen years ago, I stepped into a completely unfamiliar industry in one step. After two weeks of safety training, I was sent to the drilling team in the hinterland of the Taklama -Ganan desert. The four -hour drill rock roars, eat cabbage meat in the washbasin, and live in wild barracks. These environments will continue to grind your will, challenge your tolerance limit, and let alone rotate learning in the positions of the well team. After 17 years of work, I have encountered two problems with the most. Whenever I encounter such a problem, I always laugh without saying. The 560,000 square kilometers of the Tarim Basin is my country's largest oil -containing gas deposition basin. It is the most difficult oil field in domestic exploration and development. I can glory in the oil cause of the motherland. At the same time, as a builder of the frontier, the mission is glorious and great. The development mechanism of the two new and two highs of the Tarim Oilfield has attracted a large number of outstanding talents in key colleges and universities at home and abroad, and created a "moving, fierce and popular" oil and iron army, dancing with them, I dare not have half a point Sleep.
