Li Zhanshu said that, with the strategic guidance and direct promotion of the heads of state of the two countries, Sino -Kazakhstan relations have continuously achieved leapfrog development and reached a new height of permanent comprehensive strategic partnership. During the Beijing Winter Olympics, President Xi Jinping met with President Tocayev, pointing out the direction for the development of relations between the two countries in the new period. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kazakhstan. China is willing to work together to implement the important consensus of the heads of state of the two countries, continue the friendship between generations, firmly promote cooperation, and work together to create another gold in the development of Sino -Kazakhstan relations for thirty years.

Li Zhanshu pointed out that the most important thing for developing Sino -Harbin relations is to continuously strengthen political mutual trust and increase mutual support involving the core interests and major concerns of each other. China supports Haifang's development path that is in line with its national conditions. The two sides should continue to strengthen international cooperation, jointly safeguard the security and development interests of the two countries, and defend the fairness and justice of the international community.
