In 1954, the State Administration Council allocated special funds to build the Martyrs Cemetery of Martyrs and became a national key revolutionary martyr's commemorative building protection unit. The current Mengliang Battle Memorial Museum was constructed in 2007, with a total construction area of ​​3682 square meters, a memorial hall of 19.47 meters high. In May 1947, under the command of Chen Yi and Su Yu, the East China Field Army fought in Meng Liangzhang to wipe out the 74th division and reinforcements of the Kuomintang elite troops in one fell swoop, with more than 32,000 people, reversing the war situation in East China and even the country.
