At the age of 18, Zhang Zhongqin succeeded in the army and joined the Vietnam War twice. He was an outstanding veteran. In 1985, he transferred to work in Zhengzhou. After retiring in 2006, he returned to Heishuihe Village, Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang. When he saw a bald mountain beam in his hometown, he was determined to return to green after returning.

As soon as he said, in 2006, Zhang Zhongqin took a bag and returned to Heishuihe Village with his wife. He signed a contractual contract for the Zhuzhuling Mountains and built two simple houses on the hillside. Pearl Ridge is a small mountain beam at an altitude of 400 meters. The geology here is hard and the grass is not born. In the first year, Zhang Zhongqin took more than a dozen villagers hired by the wind, blowing the wind and rain, under the heat of the heat, and to do it for more than ten hours a day.
