The content of this special inspection was on -site inspection on the basic situation of the national first -level standard material development and production institutions in the "National First -level Standard Material Catalog" with reference to the "National Level First Standard Material Catalog". On the basis of on -site inspections, the General Administration of Market Supervision entrusted the National Standard Material Research Center to lead the organization of relevant technical institutions to conduct a verification of national first -level standard material quantity values, and check whether the quality value of the standard material is consistent with the uncertainty.
