The Implementation
The "Printing Tax Law of the People's Republic of China" will be implemented on July 1st. The scope of its collection does not include "rights and license licenses". Relevant right holders shall submit the opinion statement (expenses) before December 1, 2022 to handle the refund of the stamp duty.

New changes in railway passengers and restrictions on carrying items
