Chen Su, born in April 1980, from Harbin, graduated from Harbin University of Technology, graduate degree, doctor of engineering. In September 2008, he served as the secretary of the Youth League Committee (at the level) of the school, and then served as deputy secretary and deputy county chief of Zhaozhou County Party Committee, and the head of Suibin County.
