On June 29, Dean Xu Bu attended the United Nations Secretary -General of the United Nations "Effective Multilateral High -level Consultation Committee" peaceful and safety group meeting. Participants discussed on peace and security facing problems, guiding principles, and specific proposals.

In his speech, President Xu Bu said that peace and security are the prerequisite for development, and human beings are inseparable security communities. In fact, it has been proven many times that the world's countries on the same fate and co -operating ship must be a good fortune to the future. We must adhere to the concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable concept of security, adhere to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of various countries, adhere to the reasonable and safe concerns of various countries, adhere to the overall security of traditional and non -traditional fields, and jointly maintain world peace and security.

In March of this year, the United Nations Secretary -General Gutres wrote to and invited Dean Xu Bu as a member of the "High -level Advisory Committee".
