The notice emphasizes that the "exemption of shackles and enjoyment" through the management model, eligible small and medium -sized enterprises can enjoy the payment policy of slow payment units without applying for a slow payment application. Under the leadership of the local government, the medical security and tax departments will jointly determine the scope of the enterprise that enjoy the slow payment policy in conjunction with relevant departments, and to clearly open the operating process in combination with the actual situation. At the same time, strengthen departmental collaboration, optimize work links, innovate service methods, and reduce the burden of corporate affairs.

The notice requires that the treatment of the insured during the slow payment period should be enjoyed. Small and medium -sized enterprises pay the payment of employees' medical insurance units, which will not affect the normal reimbursement of medical medical expenses for the company's participants in medical treatment, and ensure that the level of basic medical insurance reimbursement remains stable and does not decrease. It is necessary to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of relevant enterprise employees. During the slow payment period, small and medium -sized enterprises shall fulfill their obligations to withdraw their personal payment of employees in accordance with the law, apply for information on medical insurance premiums for employees to ensure continuous participation in employees, and continuous records of personal rights and interests.
