Exaggerated content such as high quota, low interest, not checking credit, and fast accounts attracts eyeballs to screen the fraud targets with the willingness of borrowing, and then use a variety of names such as membership fees, capital verification fees, thawing fees, margin and other names. The implementation of fraud ... Recently, the reporter interviewed and found that some scammers imitated platforms such as JD Finance, immediately finance, and 360 rendering to launch a large number of "Li Gui" APP. The logo of these "Li Gui" apps is very similar or even exactly the same as the logo of the regular app, so it is easy to make people believe it, but the operators of these apps are trying to try to cheat consumers' money.

The reporter analyzed a typical case announced by the National Internet Information Office Anti -Fraud Center on July 1 that some "Li Gui" APP requested to pay some fees before consumers applying for money, and required payment for payment inspection in the withdrawal process. For example, in June of this year, Shandong consumers Qin applied for a loan of 100,000 yuan in the "Financial" counterfeit APP. The platform required to pay 10,000 yuan in financial loan insurance, otherwise it would not be withdrawn. Qin was still unable to withdraw after paying the money. The platform requested another 50,000 yuan inspection fee, and promised to return the insurance premium and fee inspection fee. Qin was deceived 60,000 yuan after charging the money.

Some "Li Gui" APP induces consumers to upgrade VIP for fraud in the name of discounts. For example, in March this year, Henan consumers Qian Mou made futures investment on the "Great Wall Assets" counterfeit APP. The platform customer service adds its WeChat on the grounds of providing value -added services for free, and informed Qian to pay 25,000 yuan to become a "VIP user". Qian Mouxin thought it was true, so he transferred to the designated account, and was finally gornerated by the platform customer service.

There are many similar "Li Gui" apps. The reporter learned from the National Network Information Office on July 1 that since this year, the National Internet Information Office's anti -fraud center investigated the anti -counterfeit APP of 4.2 million, and was included in the national fraud black sample library. At present, the state -related black sample library has covered and disposed of 3.804 million websites involving fraud and 514,000 APPs. Among them, there were 5677 APPs that had been discovered, and there were 5677 APPs of JD Finance, 865 APPs that were counterfeit immediately, and 681 APPs with 360 -debit.

In this regard, the 360 Division Anti -Fraud experts remind consumers that they do not need to pay any fees before regular financial institutions and borrowing platform borrowings. The regular platform customer service will not contact users through international telephones, Alipay, and personal WeChat. If you encounter customer service, you will send ID cards, business cards, company business licenses, front desk videos and other pictures and videos of "self -evidence". At the same time, download the APP must download through the regular application market. Do not scan the QR code download APP from strangers such as so -called "customer service".

The relevant person in charge of the State Cyber Information Office pointed out that scammers used counterfeit investment platforms to induce fraud to induce fraud to cause netizens to suffer serious property losses, which should attract enough attention. Platforms such as APP stores should strengthen security reviews for downloading apps to prevent fake APP from touching fish and pits the majority of netizens.
