At present, all 11 townships (social management committees) and 182 villages (communities) in the county have all established the regulatory committee. Vigorously promote the construction of industry and professional people's mediation organizations, and realize the full coverage of many professional and industrial people's mediation organizations such as medical care, road traffic, labor disputes, and safety production. Further improve the organic connection of the mediation agency, which makes the county -level three -level linkage system architecture more optimized, and the mediation organization network system of "horizontal to edge, vertical, up and down, and three -level linkage" is more perfect.

Improve the investigation system and realize the "zero missing" of investigation and early warning. At present, a variety of mediation mechanisms such as the linkage of complaints, mediation of traffic accidents, and mediation of medical disputes have been established, which has effectively improved the success rate of mediation.

Increase the intensity of the adjustment and achieve the "zero backlog" of contradictions and disputes. Adhere to the law as the criterion, comprehensively use various regulation methods to actively resolve contradictions and disputes. For major group contradictions and disputes, timely grasp information, control the situation, prevent the expansion of the situation, and timely start emergency response plans to guide the masses to legally and orderly express their wishes and demands. As of now, the people's mediation organizations at all levels in the county have mediation for 412 private disputes, 404 mediation, and 98%of the mediation success rate, which has effectively maintained the security and stability of the area.
