Obviously living in the same community, the owner is free of parking fees, but tenants have to pay the parking fee. Why should the property formulate such a policy?

The manager of the community property king explained that Happy Star City is mainly a house in Yaojialing Village. Most of the owners of the community are villagers in Yaojialing Village. According to the contract, the property is a parking management fee of 280 yuan for all vehicles. That is, the original owner gave a discount for parking fees, and tenants did not have any right to enjoy this discount.
