From July 1st, the provident fund deposit unit shall adjust and execute the adjustment of the housing provident fund deposit base, and the deposit base shall be the average monthly salary of individual employees in 2021.

The adjusted payment base shall not exceed the average monthly salary of the city's monthly employee in 2021, which is not more than 38,892 yuan (the average monthly salary of the city in 2021 was 12964 yuan × 3 times). If the average monthly salary of the employee (the average monthly division of the annual salary system) does not exceed the above -mentioned limit, the actual monthly average salary is used as the deposit base; if it exceeds the above limit, the limit is used as the deposit base.

Before January 1, 2022, the deposit base after the adjustment of the employees in the unit shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of the month in the city of the previous year. The base must not be lower than the lowest wage standard of the city's monthly month in 2022.

The lower limit of the housing provident fund deposit ratio of the unit and employees is 5%each, and the upper limit is 12%. The unit can choose the appropriate deposit ratio in the lower limit of the payment ratio and the upper limit range according to the actual situation.

From July 1st this year, flexible employees can adjust the housing provident fund deposit base in accordance with the voluntary payment agreement. The adjusted payment base shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of the month in the last year of the previous year. Flexible employees can adjust the proportion of housing provident fund deposit in accordance with the voluntary payment agreement. The adjustment ratio after adjustment must not be less than 10%, and must not be higher than 24%.

Units with difficulty in paying housing provident funds can propose a reduction ratio (below 5%) or slowing applications in accordance with relevant policies and regulations of Shenzhen. Provident fund.
