The court judged that the defendant returned 14,000 yuan to the plaintiff Xiaoyue (pseudonym) and compensated more than 700 yuan for medical expenses.

Foshan citizen Xiaoyue, who is suffering from stains, is particularly concerned about face skin care. One day, Xiaoyue was attracted by the advertising information of a beauty salon's "signing for freckle, invalid refund". Refuse to refund the fee and pay medical expenses.

After hearing, the Sanshui Court held that Xiaoyue signed a freckle agreement with the beauty salon to determine the rights and obligations of both parties. The contract was legal and effective, and both parties should be fulfilled as appointments. Xiaoyue has paid freckle costs to the beauty salon, and the freckle service provided by the beauty salon does not achieve the promised freckle effect, and causes abnormal symptoms such as dermatitis at the surface of Xiaoyue. It can be identified as an invalid refund condition for freckle removal. However, comprehensive consideration of Xiaoyue's constitution, excessive expectations for freckle effects, and beauty salons provide services for Xiaoyue to provide services and labor loss. According to the principles of fairness and the principle of honesty trust, the beauty salon should refund the service fee from Xiaoyue 1.4 1.4 10,000 yuan, the court does not support some of the claims beyond Xiaoyue.
