Fresh fruits of mature wolfberry need to be picked, dry, sorted, and stored in a short time to prevent deterioration. Therefore, the demand for employment is large. In order to meet the needs of employment, while attracting local labor, Yumen City has also attracted a large number of foreign picking workers to ensure timely picking and picking wolfberry fruits to ensure the quality of wolfberry.

The "post -90s" girl Fan Yunhua came to Yumen to pick wolfberry for the first time. Last year, many of her fellow villagers made money in Yumen, and she also came to try this year.

"At first I was unfamiliar, and I took less. After mastering the skills slowly, I picked it fast and good, and I had a lot of daily income." Fan Yunhua said.

The 70 -year -old Hu Zhiying has picked wolfberry from Laiyumen, Henan for three consecutive years. She grabbed the wolfberry branches in one hand and quickly picked the fruit in one hand.

"Don't look at my age, pick wolfberry and feet, but he can eat well here, live well, and earn a lot!" Hu Zhiying said with a smile.

"I brought 80 wolfberry picking workers this time. One person can pick up about 40 kilograms of fresh fruits a day. Workers' back and worth car fees, meals, and accommodation are responsible for us." Said Ye Hui, the organizer of wolfberry picking.

Since mid -June, the Yumen City Dashanghe Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park has settled in 12,000 wolfberry pickups.

"These wolfberry pickers come from Henan, Sichuan, Yunnan and other places. On average, each person can earn about 8,000 yuan per person during one picking, and some can even reach tens of thousands of yuan." Luo Hongzhen said.

It is understood that this year's wolfberry picking cycle from Yumen City to the end of August.
