Recently, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued publicity that 12 tourist attractions were planned to be determined to be a national level 5A, including the Yellow River Putou Waterfall Tourism Area, Taizhou Fusheng Cultural Tourism Zone, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, three hundred mountain scenic spots in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, and Shandong ProvinceJining City Weishan Lake Tourism Area, Jigongshan Scenic Area, Xinyang City, Henan Province, the Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area, Yichang City, Hubei Province, Huangyao Ancient Town Scenic Area, Huangyao City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Baiyi Qutangxia Scenic Area, Fengjie County, ChongqingChengren Ancient Town Scenic Area in Chengdu, Weijindong Scenic Area, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, Guanyangou Scenic Area, Longnan City, Gansu Province.As of now, there are 306 5A scenic spots across the country.
