Recently, the third phase of the China Baroque District Reconstruction Project in Daowai District, Harbin City was approved by relevant departments. The project planned to start construction on August 5, 2022, and was completed on December 31, 2023.The third phase of the Chinese Baroque block reconstruction project plan to build 15 municipal roads.

Beitou Street, Bei Erdao Street, Beishandao Street, Sidao Street, Wudao Street, Xiaoliu Dao Street, Liudao Street, Qidao Street, Badao Street, Jiudao Street, Tongfa Hutong, Jingyu Street,Shengping Street, Dilin Street.

Project construction content:

The area of road engineering motor lanes is about 58003 square meters, and the sidewalk area is about 55099 square meters; the traffic engineering standard line is about 6835 meters, about 340 signs, and about 10 signal lights; about 249 bases (street lights); greening engineering, etc.
