In the administrative order, Biden instructed the US Department of Health and the Public Service Department to take action to protect and expand the opportunity for women to obtain abortion drugs approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, and ensure that women can obtain emergency medical care, family planning services and contraceptive measures.The White House will convene a public welfare lawyer and other organizations to provide legal consultation for seeking abortion and abortion clinics.
