"As a result, there are more and more disputes between smart car drivers and car companies." Xia Hailong pointed out that although the "Regulations" have clearly stipulated the responsibility of a traffic accident in intelligent connected cars, the provisions of the current stage still regulations are still stipulated at this stage. Simple and rough, far from solving a large number of new disputes that may occur in the future; but the dispute has shifted from the current traffic accident injured and the owner or insurance company, between the driver and the smart car manufacturer and service provider. In Xia Hailong's view, behind the rise in premiums is that because car manufacturers may face more legal disputes and more liability for compensation, the cost of car use is increased. "In addition to the purchase cost and maintenance cost of the vehicle itself, the insurance cost will definitely increase significantly."

"After buying smart cars, the oil cost may be saved, but the improvement of car purchase, insurance, and maintenance of commission is ultimately needed to pay for the owner." Xia Hailong believes that the insurance cost will be converted into the price of the car, and each car owner will come to each car owner.
