President Palestine's first phone call for the first time in 5 years with the Prime Minister of Israel

Xinhua News Agency, Ramianra, July 9 (Reporter Liu Weijian) Palestinian President Abbas talked with Israel Prime Minister Rupid on the 8th. This is also the first time Abbas has talked to the Israeli Prime Minister in the past five years.

According to the Palestinian official news agency, Abbas congratulated Rapid as the Prime Minister of Israel and expressed his hope that the area would realize peace and stability as soon as possible. The Israeli media reported that Ripid and Abbas discussed the necessity of continuous cooperation in Eva and maintaining calm and restraining both parties.

Abbas also called Israel President Herzog on the same day.
