When will postpartum hormones return to normal?

6 to 8 weeks after giving birth, most of the mother's hormones, physical functions and organs can return to non -pregnancy levels.

However, breastfeeding mothers have slowly recovered ovarian function, and they will return to ovulation on average 4 to 6 months after delivery. Many women do not even have menstruation during breastfeeding. This is also a normal physiological phenomenon without worrying. Generally speaking, with the end of breastfeeding, it will return to normal.

Moms should avoid overwork, rest, and maintain adequate sleep, and exercise appropriately. In addition, communication with family members is also helpful. These methods are helpful for mothers' postpartum recovery.
