In the complaints in the first half of the year, there are more complaints about commodity categories: general food, transportation, jewelry, clothing, shoes and hats, communication products. There are many service complaints: catering and accommodation services, cosmetic hairdressing bathing services, cultural and entertainment sports services, education and training services, production and maintenance and repair services.

Compared with the first half of 2021, the proportion of quality, after -sales service, and food safety has increased significantly, and the proportion of contract issues has declined.

In the first half of the year, the online consumption dispute solution (ODR) mechanism "accelerated" consumer disputes to solve consumer disputes. As of now, there are 712 ODR companies in the province, with 175 newly added. The province's ODR enterprises have a total of 3401 complaints, which is 1.6 times in the first half of 2021.

In the next step, the provincial market supervision department will further promote the application of online consumer dispute resolution mechanisms, guide operators who meet the development conditions to consciously bear the responsibility of consumer rights protection, and actively apply for ODR enterprises. Guide consumers to resolve disputes with operators through online consumer dispute resolution mechanisms. Promote the rapid and efficient source of consumer disputes.
