The Chongqing stationed team carried out forest fire extinguishing business skills training for Lijiang District

The Luanjiang District is located in the Sichuan Basin and the Yunnan -Guizhou Plateau. It has abundant forest resources in the jurisdiction. The forest coverage rate is 47.7%, which is 22 percentage points higher than the national average. It is an important soil and ecological town in southern Chongqing.

In order to enhance the ability of forest and grassland fire prevention and rescue capabilities in the forest and grasslands, and effectively reduce the harm of forest grassland fires, on July 7, the Chongqing resident team of the Longnan detachment of the Gansu Forest Fire Corps sent 6 finger soldiers to the Emergency Administration of the Luanjiang District for forest fire extinguishing. For business skills training, a total of 90 people from the District Emergency Administration, Forestry Bureau, and townships (streets) emergency rescue teams participated in the training.

This training is divided into two parts: theoretical lectures and on -site practical practice. In the theoretical class, the backbone of the teaching combines the experience of flapping fire to comprehensively analyze the typical cases of domestic and foreign forest fires. The theoretical knowledge of forest fire extinguishing safety has been fully explained. At the practical stage, the backbone of the teaching through explaining the demonstration, group practice, and assessment and acceptance methods helps trainees to learn more about the use of high -pressure fine water fog extract, wind power extinguishing machines, oil saws, high pressure water pumps and other fire extinguishing equipment.

Through training, local rescue teams understand the common sense and basic tactics of forest fire extinguishing, master the operation methods of fire extinguishing machines, and standardize the organization procedures for fire extinguishing operations, which effectively improves the level of team safety fire extinguishing and efficient fire extinguishing capabilities.
