"The market competitiveness of Hunan environmental protection enterprises is extremely disproportionate to the current status of the environmental protection industry in Hunan Province." Industry insiders have this consensus.

Looking around the entire Hunan, there are more than 1,600 environmental protection industry employers, but only one of the 10 billion yuan output value -Zhonglian Heavy Section Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. Most environmental protection enterprises in the province are light asset companies, and their hard power and market competitiveness are relatively weak.

As of the end of 2021, there were 207 environmental protection companies across the country, of which 177 A -share companies. There are only five in Hunan Province, namely Yongqing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd., Huazi Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Military Credit Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., and Hunan Aibru Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.

Last year, 177 A -share environmental protection listed companies realized a total of 841.49 billion yuan in revenue, 49.84 billion yuan in net profit in the industry, with an average of 4.2 billion yuan per company's revenue and a net profit of 2.80 million yuan. Among the "Top 40" of Hunan environmental protection enterprises, the 40th annual revenue has just exceeded 100 million yuan.

"Listing is an effective way for environmental protection enterprises to grow bigger and stronger." The Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Association said that it is not easy to meet the current situation of environmental protection enterprises in Hunan Province.

The "Golden Furong" Progressive Action Plan for the Listing of Hunan Enterprises "has become a" strong needle ". In the "Golden Furong" plan, the provincial government will play the role of government fund guidance, optimize the environmental service environment of enterprises, broaden the channels for listing of enterprises, increase the proportion of direct financing of reserve enterprises, reduce financing costs, and also give financial subsidies, increase increase Talent support and improvement of work mechanisms and other guarantees.

"Supporting the listing of environmental protection enterprises is a key direction of 'Jin Furong'."
