Summer vacation time

Students' holiday time is July 11, the registration time for the next semester is August 27, 28, and officially conducted on August 29. Bachelor of freshmen and postgraduate freshmen are on August 26 and 27 (the high -level art troupe's freshman report time is August 25).

Faculty and staff will take a break from July 13th to August 24th and start work on August 25.

1. The information on duty on each unit will be announced on the school's homepage so that teachers and students can inquire. The schedule of the school's total duty room will be notified separately.

2. Summer duty time is: Shahe Campus 8: 30-12: 00, 14: 30-18: 00; Qingshuihe Campus 9: 00-12: 00, 13: 00-17: 00.

3. The Qingshuihe Campus Library Pinyue Bar is open from 9: 00-18: 00 every day, and the night learning area is closed.

4. From August 25th, the two campuses libraries resumed normal opening.

Letter and receiving service

1. If there is an urgent part of the summer vacation, please contact it three days in advance. Teacher: 13558624193 (Qingshuihe Campus), Teacher Shen: 13689041570 (Shahe Campus).

2. If the telephone notice receives newspapers, magazines and machine request documents, please collect each unit in time. After a week of reservation of the file, no unit will be returned to the sending unit. After the report is full, there will be no newspapers and magazines.

Traffic service

1. Student shuttle bus and school sightseeing vehicle will be suspended from July 13th to August 24th.

2. From August 25th, the staff of the faculty and employees resumed routine operation, and the restoration time of student bus and school tourist vehicles will be notified separately.

3. All shifts are subject to the information of the school bus appointment system in the "Labeling Logistics" applet.
