The former party secretary and chairman of the CPPCC of the CPPCC, You Kaiyu, was suspected of serious disciplinary violations, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision and investigation.

You Kaiyu, male, Han nationality, born in January 1961, Guang'an, Sichuan, a graduate degree of the Central Party School. He joined the work in August 1982 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984.

From August 1982 to September 1993, he worked in the Nanchong area. He served as deputy webmaster of the Agricultural and Animal Agricultural Station, the director of the Agricultural Bureau, and Deputy Director of the Agricultural Bureau;

From September 1993 to March 2002, he served as Deputy Director of the Agricultural Bureau of Guang'an District, Deputy Director and Director of the Agriculture and Industry Commission, Director of the Guang'an Agricultural Bureau, Secretary -General of the Guang'an Municipal People's Government, and Director of the Office;

From March 2002 to November 2006, he served as Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the County Party Committee of the Water County Party Committee of Guang'an City;

From November 2006 to September 2008, the Deputy Mayor of the People's Government of Yibin City;

From September 2008 to October 2016, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the Yibin Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department;

From October 2016 to December 2021, he served as the party secretary and chairman of the 15th member of the CPPCC Zigong City (in May 2020, the re -election was the executive member of the 12th Committee of the CPPCC Sichuan Province).

Since December 2021, he has served as a member of the 12th Committee of the Sichuan Province of the CPPCC.
