The 21 -year -old Tibetan guy Lausanne Yixi was born in a herdsman's family in Mozhu Gongka County, Lhasa. In 2015, he entered the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa in 2015. During the school, he went to Nanjing to study Chinese and Western kitchen skills. After graduating in 2018, he went to Tibetan restaurants in Lhasa, Shigatse and other places. In March of this year, he applied to the government to start a business to start 60,000 yuan, and took out all his savings. He opened a Tibetan restaurant with the theme of "Taba Ceramics" in Mozhu Gongka County. About 10,000 yuan.

"I have always had the dream of opening a Tibetan dining restaurant. I hope I can make food for everyone with the ceramics of my hometown. The dream is really happy." He said.
