In order to fully develop and utilize the use of water storage resources in Boli County, Qihe City, Heilongjiang Province, and seize the opportunity of the country's strong support for renewable energy development, on July 12, the People's Government of Buli County and China Power Construction Group Beijing Survey and Design Research ResearchAcademy Co., Ltd. and China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. signed a framework agreement on the investment in the construction of a pumping storage power station in Breit County.
According to reports, the power station is located on the small Mulki River in Nongzi River, Boli County, Qitaihe City.The total installed capacity of the project is 1.2 million kilowatts (based on the final plan), and the static investment is about 7 billion yuan.
