On July 13, the website of the Wuhan Development and Reform Commission forwarded the "Notice on Further improving the linkage mechanism on further improving social assistance and guarantee standards and price increases and prices" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice").

The "Notice" shows that in order to do a good job in the basic living security of the people in difficulties, when the resident consumer price index (CPI) increased a month -on -year increase of 3.5%or the month -on -year increase of food prices in CPI reached 5.5%, the Wuhan Municipal People's Government will Start subsidies for urban and rural subsistence allowances, special difficulties, collected unemployed insurance money personnel, and enjoying the national regular pension subsidy, as well as subsidies for orphans, facts unmanned children, and AIDS viruses infect children.

The guarantee object can be appropriately expanded, but the range of the temporary subsidy and objects must not be reduced, but the price of the temporary subsidy and objects shall be dynamically adjusted.

The "Notice" states that the temporary subsidy standard = local urban and rural subsistence allowance standard XCPI or food prices in a month -on -month increase (which index is multiplied to what indexes are started), and the four houses are available. If the monthly calculation amount of a single month in various places is less than 30 yuan/person, the actual distribution shall not be less than 30 yuan/person in principle.

If the two startup conditions are met at the same time in a single month, the subsidy amount is issued according to the plateau. When the subsidy is issued for a single subsidy, people who are also the scope of multiple guarantees shall not be distributed repeatedly. This "Notice" has been implemented since August 1, 2022. The original "Notice on Further Making a Likes for the Likes of Social Rescue and Protection Standards and Price Enhancement" (Wufa Reform Price [2020] No. 238) was abolished at the same time.
