On the 13th, the Security Council passed the resolution No. 2643 to extend the term of the Holo Tida Agreement Assistance Team on July 14, 2023. The resolution continues to authorize the leaders of the Landda Agreement to support the leaders and support the operation of the re -deployment and coordination committee; supervise all parties to carry out the ceasefire in the High School province and the ports from Horita City and Hoita. The safety of ports such as Municipal and Holo Tida is responsible for the Local Security Forces in accordance with Yemen Law; promoting and coordinating the support of the United Nations Aids on the Gutai Agreement.

The Yemen government and the Hussean armed forces reached the Gutai Dada Agreement on the ceasefire and withdrawal of the troops in December 2018. On the same day, the Security Council also passed the resolution No. 2644 and extended the ban on illegal exports of Petroleum Petroleum from Libya to October 30, 2023.
