Xinhua News Agency, Warsaw, July 15th (Reporter Zhang Zhang) A law that enables Poland on the 15th canceled the disciplinary inspection court located in the Supreme Court. Poland hoped that this move would be able to pave the way for EU funds.

The Polish ruling party law and the Justice Party began a series of judicial reforms in 2017, including the establishment of disciplinary inspection courts in the Supreme Court. The European Union believes that some measures in Poland's judicial reform have undergone judicial independence and demanded rectification in Poland, including the cancellation of the Supreme Court Disciplinary Inspection Division and the condition that it releases more than 35 billion euros EU funds.

Poland President Duda proposed a legislation in February this year to cancel the Supreme Court Disciplinary Inspection Court, which officially took effect on July 15. Polish Prime Minister Moravitzki said in an interview with the media a few days ago that he believes that the cancellation of the disciplinary inspection court will meet the EU conditions, and Poland will start receiving the detention EU funds at the end of this year.

The European Commission President Feng Delin said earlier this month that the European Union was still evaluating Poland's rectification measures, but the new law of Poland obviously failed to meet the entire requirements of the EU.
