The specific list is as follows

1. Violation of Article 27 of the Regulations on Urban Road Management, occupying urban roads without authorization, but no damage to urban roads and accessories, and the occupation area does not exceed 5 square meters, the occupation time does not exceed 2 days, and can be able to be able to exceed 2 days. If it is ordered to rectify in time during the rectification time, the first investigation will be exempted from penalties.

2. In violation of the "Regulations on the Administration of Urban Road", the motor vehicle tests the brakes on urban bridges or non -designated urban roads, which will not cause damage to urban bridges or roads. The first investigation is exempt from penalties.

3. Violation of Article 27 of the "Regulations on Urban Road Management", build buildings and buildings on urban roads without authorization, but the construction object area does not exceed 5 square meters and the volume does not exceed 5 cubic meters. Rectification and demolition, and after removal can restore the original shape of the road, if it does not cause damage to the road, the first investigation is exempt from penalties.

4. In violation of Article 28 of the "Regulations on the Management of Urban Gas", operate public gas valves without authorization, and does not cause any damage to the gas facilities and does not cause harmful consequences.

5. Article 21 of the "Regulations on the Treatment of Drainage and Sewage Treatment of Urban and Town", no drainage permits are obtained to discharge water to the construction site of the urban drainage pipe network, but the discharge is not large, and the accumulation of water is underground water seepage or rainwater accumulation. If there is no sand content, no damage to the urban drainage facilities can be rectified in time during the time of ordering rectification, and the permission of drainage permits in time is exempt from penalties.

6. Article 42 of the "Regulations on the Treatment of Drainage and Sewage Treatment of Urban and Town", build and structure on the urban drainage pipe network and sewage treatment facilities, but did not cause damage to the drainage pipe network and sewage treatment facilities, and did not affect its normal functions. , And can be rectified carefully within the prescribed time, restore the original state, and is exempt from penalties for the first investigation.

7. In violation of Article 19 of the "Regulations on the Greening of the Urban", if you have occupied urban greening land without authorization, the area is small and the circumstances are slight. If you can restore the original state in time afterwards, the first investigation shall be exempted from penalties.

8. In violation of Article 20 of the "Regulations on the Greening of the Urban", the property service enterprise shall be exempted by the majority of the community owners' request for excessive trimming the greening of the community to damage the trees. If the circumstances are slightly rectified after criticism and education, the first investigation shall be exempted from penalties.

9. Article 22 of the "Administrative Measures for Urban Greening of Changde City", if there is no need for death or pests that have died or pests that affect other trees, the growth of other trees and other buildings and underground pipeline networks are cut off. If you fail to submit to the administrative department of urban greening as required, the first investigation will be exempted from penalties if the circumstances are mild and can be replaced in a timely manner.

10. In violation of Article 22 of the "Administrative Measures for Urban Greening of Changde City", those who trim or cut down trees due to emergency needs such as rescue, disaster relief or dealing with emergencies due to emergency needs of rescue, disaster relief or handling emergencies will not be timely to urban greening within 48 hours after the danger is eliminated.
