The most serious local disaster is Shuitou Village on the upper reaches of the Xiyuan River. It is said that some villagers have a deep waist in the water. "At least dozens of cars near our store were soaked by floods, and at least six or seven cars were washed away by water, which was severely damaged." No electricity.

Ms. Liu (Hua), a villager in Shuitou Village, Henghe Town, told Jimu Journalists that the family did not sleep on the night of the heavy rain. Starting in the early morning, the floods poured directly from the river to the home. After the water was retreated, the mud in the house was about 30 cm thick, and there were about 20 cm silt in the closet. The items in the home were severely damaged by the water. At present, she is still cleaning at home. "There are at least a dozen in this situation like my family." Ms. Liu introduced that when the floods were outbreak, the thick bowls of the bowl were rooted. After the flood retreated, she saw that many big trees piled up near a bridge. The bark was washed away by sand and stones in the water.

The staff of the Yangcheng County Government told Jimu Journalists that some villagers on both sides of the river were severely affected. The local government organized various forces such as emergency, fire protection, and water to go to the live disaster. Damage is currently in rescue.

According to the National Emergency Broadcasting of China, the Yangcheng County Meteorological Observatory will be released at 02:00 on July 16, 202 to release a heavy rain red warning signal. Early warning areas: Henghe Town, Dongfeng Township, Hebei Town. At present, the cumulative rainfall of Henghe, Yang Ren, and Li Yanta will be more than 100mm. It is expected that precipitation in the early warning area will continue in the next 3 hours. Relevant units and personnel are requested to prepare for prevention.
