This is the second recovery case facing Jia Yueting this month. On July 7, Jia Yueting resumed the case of recovery and enforced approximately 479 million yuan. The executive court was the Beijing Third Intermediate People's Court, involving relevant cases related to Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. and Jia Yueting.
