It is reported that in order to give full play to the important supporting role of key foreign -funded projects on stabilizing foreign investment, the Ministry of Commerce has established special courses for key foreign -funded projects with relevant departments. The special classes are in conjunction with member units and local governments to establish a list of key foreign -funded projects. Related projects mainly come from high -end manufacturing and high -tech "14th Five -Year Plan" focusing on the development industry.

Shu Jingsing introduced that through the "one -to -one" direct traffic mechanism, regular questionnaire survey mechanism, and project to the funding monitoring mechanism, the special class dynamically grasped the promotion of project construction, and coordinated the difficulties in a timely coordination. At present, 611 problems reflected by foreign companies and projects have accumulated. Shu Jianting revealed that at present, the overall progress of key foreign -funded projects is progressing well. Half of the early projects have successfully transferred into construction or put into operation. More than 30 % of the projects under construction have been put into operation, and 60 % of the projects are put into operation. "BASF (Guangdong) integrated base project, Shenyang Brilliance's BMW Third Factory Project, etc. have been put into operation one after another." According to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce, from January to July this year, more than 100 million US dollars in national contracts in the country reached 66.85 billion US dollars in foreign capital. The year -on -year increase of 35.0%, accounting for 53.9%of the actual use of foreign capital in the same period.
